Brian Keeley is an artist based in Aberdeen, Scotland.
Currently undertaking a PhD in Film & Visual Culture at the University of Aberdeen.

BA(Hons) Fine Art – Glasgow School of Art 1984
MA Video Production – Bournemouth University 1991
PGDE in Secondary Education (Art & Design) – University of the West of Scotland 2009
Brian has worked extensively in community arts education/video production, and as a technical/editing support specialist for AVID video editing systems. He lived in Germany for many years, where he worked as a commercial digital video editor as well as a teacher of English as a foreign language. More recently he was a teacher of Art and Design in secondary schools in Aberdeen.
Following a long period of critical illness and a subsequent heart transplant in 2013 he returned to being a full-time artist/practitioner working in a variety of disciplines.
